People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings and behavior. They can handle life’s inevitable challenges, build strong relationships, and lead productive, fulfilling lives. When bad things happen, individuals with a high EQ can bounce back and move forward. Group sessions run recurring Tuesdays beginning August 1st and thereafter until September 1st via zoom; and recurring Thursdays, beginning Thursday, August 3rd and thereafter until September 7th, via in-person. Zoom sessions start/end times are different from the in-person start/end times. See the "WHEN" section below.
